Rates are per Person in U.S. Dollars ($), a 10% of your climb cost is required at time of booking to hold your reservation with Bayango Tours, and the balance 90% of your climb cost to be paid in Moshi after your arrival.

Our Kilimanjaro Prices are including:

2 nights hotel lodging in Moshi/Arusha
3 meals a day – food on Kilimanjaro is plentiful and prepared fresh by skilled cook
Airport Transfers (from JRO to Moshi town, and from Moshi town to JRO)
All park fees; rescue fees; staff salaries; our own selected National Park approved guides, cook and porters
Bottled water on the first day of the climb; boiled and filtered on the mountain
Breakfast included at the hotel
Camping/Hut fees
Cooking utensils, equipment, and supplies
Dining table and chairs
Double skinned mountain tents, Sleeping mattresses, Stools, a mess tent and hot water for washing are provided on the mountain

Kilimanjaro Equipment List

We recommend the following list of gears guide to be taken, little else need be taken – do not over pack. Warm head cover, thick fibered pile or down jacket, light waterproof top, trousers, light over trousers, mittens, thermal underwear, sweater, warm socks and lightweight inner socks, watertight and well broken in sturdy boots, gaiters, sunglasses, walking poles, sleeping bag (three or four season, if three then a liner is recommended), sleeping pad, water bottle, high factor sun protection cream, small first aid kit, head torch plus extra batteries, toilet roll, small wash kit and a small day pack.


A bigger rucksack to give to your porter with your main luggage. Optional: a hat with a brim.
